Objective
The objective of this project is to examine the employment status and labour strategies of farm women in Greece, Italy, Holland and Norway. The proposers will examine issues of women's labour supply on and off the farm and their labour strategies in different environments. The comparison of the results for Northern and Southern countries is expected to be illuminating and useful for policy making in rural areas.
