Exploitable results
Software was designed to optimize the operation of abrasive water jet (AWJ) profiling systems to produce precision quality over a wide range of engineering materials. The software draws on a vast databank of AMJ cutting information for both brittle and ductile materials, which has been built into a number of mathematical models used for the intelligent prediction of profiling characteristics. The software is self maintaining in that new cutting performance data can be incorporated to continuously improve and customize profiling systems.
