Objective
A cooperative research is proposed to investigate, at qualified laboratories and on field, the application of innovative odour sensors, based on the technology of semiconductivity.
The research will be carried out, specificately for the industrial sectors of coffee and olive oil production, a small enterprise, whose main business is the sensors manufacture, will cooperate to the research activities to improve the performances of its production.
During the expansion phase, other industries, belonging to other industrial sectors, but equally interested to the application of the selected technology, will be searched and involved into the merging of the final proposal.
