Objective
The project has allowed us to demonstrate that reaching a clean technology in a custom-made galvanization shop is possible.
The techniques developed in this project, not only enable lessening of the root pollution and operation in clean conditions, but also to lessen the exploitation costs in a custom-made galvanization shop.
These aims are reached thanks to an optimization of the operation and the integration of a global approach leading to the following finalities:
- Reduction of the acid consummation,
- Reduction of the salt consummation in the flux baths,
- Reduction of the zinc consummation,
- Reduction of the cleaner consummation,
- Valorization of the used scouring solution.
