Objetivo
The application of the community regulation 2080/92 (1992, June 30th), which institutes subsidies for forestry measures in agriculture land, comes up against socioeconomic and land-structure constraints, but also technical constraints .
In 1993, about ten organisations directly interested in applied research and development in agriculture and forestry in eight regions of France, Italy and Spain, set about an inventory of fixtures on this sub ject, to spot the training and awareness supplies, and define a few priorities. One of the most important is to improve the enhanced value of the existing scientific, technical and socioeconomic ressources. So, the aim of the enclosed proposition is:
I-To create a bank of information and scientific, technical and economical resources on afforestation of farmuing land, and develop by-products for searchers and users. (Publishing of CD Rom, possibly e-mail network setting, and publishing)
2 - To prepare the setting up of a demonstration European network . Considered as a priority by the partners, this pro ject will set up an irreplaceable and permanent proximity aid for training and intra-community exchanges.
3 - To widen and consolidate the existing group. In a way to enrich and optimize reflexions and experiences already collected; and to get closer to the existing networks.
4 - To harmonize, complete and valorize common technica stands
Devoted to support the training and consulting actions managed by technicians. Three meetings will be organized on 36 months: gathering all the partners, they will end the different steps of the pro ject, and allow to ratify the tasks progress. Convinced of the importance of the accompanying action sand thanks to their previous experience and their favoured place between fundamental research and development, the partners expect that this action: - will allow the users, searchers and consulting networks a better use and exchange of the research results.
