Objetivo
Through the establishment of a virtual forum (using modern video conference equipment) and the arrangement of a conference and three parallel virtual workshop series on the closing of industrial processes, process optimisation and green products, co-operation between Baltic Sea Region NAS and EU research centres within these fields will be promoted. The activities will result in the submission of at least six joint proposals to the 6th EU Framework programme and/or the LIFE Environment Programme. The formed research consortia should include at least one NAS research centre. The long-term target is to promote the inclusion of NAS research centres in European Centres of Excellence.
