Deliverables
The project has integrated a multi-disciplinary location based tourist service, which provides profiled and filtered content from multiple content providers. The applicative objectives included the following provisions:
- A dynamic tourist information guide
- Real-time location based services
- Tour planning
- Tourist Information (accommodation, entertainment, operating hours, etc.)
- Interactive Tour guiding
- Navigation and orientation
- Access facilities information for disabled tourists
- Booking service, m-Commerce and Promotional Offers
The most important condition for the mobile data services world development and operators traffic increase is user demand. The objective will be reached if one achieves to offer users content-rich and easy to use services according to users' particular needs in different situations and environments.
