Objective
1. The accounting framework will be implemented in France, for three fuel cycles: nuclear power, fossil fuels and hydropower.
2. Reports reviewing available dose-response models for assessing impacts in the areas of ecology, building materials and human health will be available.
3. To establish and coordinate expert groups for reviewing the literature on models of physical impacts of atmospheric pollution from burning fossil fuels.
1. The framework will start to be implemented in France as follows : - INERIS will adapt it to the fossil fuel cycles for electricity production
- CEPN will carry out its adaptation for the nuclear cycle
- EdF will develop the methodology for hydropower
- IEPE/CNRS will undertake some further reflection on methodologies - ARMINES will ensure coordination of the project.
2. The programme on physical impacts will be carried out as follows : - A series of expert groups in the fields of crops, forestry, aquatic ecosystems, fisheries, biodiversity, building materials and human health will be used.
- They will prepare a collation of available dose/response models, or, where such models are not available, they will evaluate other methods for assessing pollutants impacts.

Topic(s)
Calls for proposals are divided into topics. A topic defines a specific subject or area for which applicants can submit proposals. The description of a topic comprises its specific scope and the expected impact of the funded project.

Funding Scheme
Funding scheme (or “Type of Action”) inside a programme with common features. It specifies: the scope of what is funded; the reimbursement rate; specific evaluation criteria to qualify for funding; and the use of simplified forms of costs like lump sums.
