Objectif We propose to mimic the natural process of intrasteric inhibition and to create enzymes that will be up regulated by binding of a foreign protein. A fusion protein between mutants of beta-lantanas recognized by foreign proteins and peptide inhibitor of this enzyme will be constructed.
