Objectif This project envisaged the field testing of a down-hole steam generator developed in project no TH 05015/80.Works on this project have been preliminary: site preparation only .The project pursued the laboratory development of downhole steam generator to include a realistic evaluation in a downhole environment. It was carried out in a single stage which comprises the field evaluation of a 5 MW (5000 BBL steam/day) steam generator at depths up to 400 m in a non producing test well of the Egmanton field.
