Exploitable results Prototype Aeronautical Telecommunication Network; PROaTN PROATN will develop a prototype of an innovative aeronautical telecommunications network. It will benefit airline operators and air traffic controllers by allowing the exchange of messages between ground-based traffic control centres and aircraft.
