Objective

Deliverables

  • Global raw materials policy context report

    This report will contain a review of changing international raw materials policy contexts and their expected evolutionary pathways.

  • List of criteria for the mapping

    The list will include the identification of criteria for mapping initiatives and data availability

  • Project Management plan

    Detailed project management plan

  • List of Advisory Board members and AB governance document

    List of Advisory Board members and AB governance document

  • Dissemination and exploitation plan

    This strategy aims at maintaining awareness of FORAM, informing on achievement of milestones and on any potential issues of interest, and promoting exchange of ideas on both the level of all stakeholders involved and to broader stakeholder community institutions and organisations.

  • Baseline report on mapping of initatives and data availability

    This report will present the assessment and mapping of international initatives, stakeholders and available data.

  • Vision document

    This Vision document will reflect core values of the main stakeholders identified in the FORAM project, and help orient strategic decisions and plans. It will contain a mechanism able to systematically monitor global supply and trade trends related to raw materials in order to update the agenda of the FORAM platform.

  • Month 12 Management Report

    Management report that include expenditure against profile; collation of participant statements of expenditure and associated administrative documents and audit certificates.

  • Indicators and metrics for the mapping

    This deliverable will present a proper set of indicators and metrics for each criteria identified in deliverable D1.2

  • Strategic Position

    The Strategic Position will contain definition of goals, a SWOT analysis, scenarios, focus areas and key success factors for a future WFRM. In addition it will identify strategic assets and capabilities needed to reinforce or build up competitive advantages and outline organisational structures.

  • Procedures on Ethics Requirements

    Procedures on ethics requirements includes (a) and informed consent procedure for workshops, conferences, events with external participants and surveys and interviews, (b) for the protection of personal data (POPD) and (c) for consortium members from non-EU countries.
