Implementation of the first thematic school as well as production of reports and training session acts.

Report on outreach activities

All communication means used and their potential impact as well as the one of scientific results on public will be periodically evaluated by the Outreach, Dissemination and Exploitation Group. A part could be confidential. Deliverable will be thus up-dated on months 36 and 48.

Selection training session

Attendance of eligible applicants to the training session for final selection.

Project identity set

In order to communicate, an identity set (logo, brochure and power point template, ...) will be created.

Plan for the dissemination and exploitation of the project’s results

As the Outreach, Dissemination and Exploitation Group will identify and then establish actions in order to qualify and protect the knowledge generated by the consortium, a periodic report on the strategy and past/future issues regarding the use of results will be issued and the Consortium Agreement will be updated accordingly. Same will be done for the dissemination of the research results both within the consortium and to external parties. A part could be confidential. Deliverable will be thus up-dated on months 36 and 48.

List of eligible applicants

Upon CV screening, a selection of eligible researchers (12 to 15) will be established. These pre-selected applicants will attend a training session for final selection.

List of members and functioning of each project board and group

The consiladated list of members and functioning of each project board and groups will be produced and send to each beneficary/partner.

Advertising vacancies for PhD fellowship

Positions will be broadly advertised, first by a general network announcement on selected general international web-sites (the Polythea Web portal, the European platform, ABG, ...) to insure large visibility. Single host institutions will also advertise their position(s), with clear mention of the Polythea project and its network nature.
