All collected data during Observation Phase will be presented for the three groups of the clinical trial at OSR and the one group at HULAFE Mean descriptive dietary characteristics for each group as well as monthly changes during Observation Phase will be described along with statistical associations A comparison of the established methodologies along with new type of dietary data collection uploaded to the platform data will be presented This report will conclude to a statement of the most significant based on collected data dietary components to be examined for incorporation in the platform

Report collects analysis needs from project partners and potential end users for urine analysis. The requirements will be grouped with respect to analytical needs and operational needs and a set of target parameters for downstream work will be defined.

D5.5. Effectiveness of trial Report

It will be provided at the end of Intervention Phase and in which all collected data during Intervention Phase will be presented, similarly to D4.2. This report will also include a comparative assessment of the two phases (Observation – Intervention) (differences in energy, macro-micronutrients), based on all methods used, data about adherence to the Intervention and a clinical assessment of the effectiveness of the Personalized Dietary Intervention, based on differences in a] the intake of macro/micro nutrients of importance for children/lactating mothers in general, as well as for each child/lactating mother specifically, and b] the predefined endpoints of the trial for each target group

D5.1: Dietary Assessment Baseline Report

Dietary assessment of childrenlactating mothers enrolled in the program will be presented using two different established methodologies 4day food diary and FFQ

D5.4: Report on Nutrition Suggestion Algorithms

This report will be completed at the end of Optimization Stage and will describe in detail the philosophy behind the Personalization of the diet. All included parameters will be discussed along with evidence so far of their association with diet, and their translation into dietary advice to the Platform.

which will be provided at the end of the Post-trial period (6 months after the end of the Intervention), and will evaluate the sustainability of the Intervention, through evaluation of adherence to the diet (using the 4-day food diary and FFQ) and endpoints changes.

A complete protocol for the analysis of all biomarkers during the study Including genotype microtype vitamins metabolites as well as psychological financial and social factors The protocol should be ready to implement and serve as a standard during the study

D4.1 Report on chemical analysis methods & Suggested spectroscopic parameters for detection

This report gives an overview of the new methods developed for breath, urine and HM analysis. It includes the basic chemical analysis of by analytical reference methods (e.g. by FTIR, LC-MS, etc.) and the different methods and technologies which are applied for high sensitive liquid & gas analysis. A list of analytes and compound for the NUTRISHIELD analysers will be included.

D1.2 Data management plan v1

Report describing the way data generated and collected during the project will be handled (storage, sharing, access, etc.), according to the template for such a plan given in the guidelines on data management in the H2020 Online Manual. This deliverable will evolve during the lifetime of the project in order to present the status of the project's reflections on data management (v2).
