Improving user experience of EVs
Europe’s electric vehicle (EV) sector has significantly evolved over the past years. Accelerating electromobility is a priority and requires a series of innovative measures. The EU-funded USER-CHI project will promote large-scale electromobility market take up in Europe through smart solutions, novel business models and new regulatory framework conditions. The aim will be to integrate innovative charging technologies and put the user at the centre of the entire transition. The project will also exploit the synergies between electromobility and the process of greening and smartification of the grid. To pave the way for more EVs, the project will integrate the technological tools, business models and regulatory measures to be tested and validated in five EU cities (Barcelona, Rome, Berlin, Budapest and Turku).
