Obiettivo The objective of this project is to develop a new methodology combining new materials, state-of-the-art computational methods and extensive laboratory testing for enhanced design and production of new oil hydraulic components of reduced size for a wide range of applications.The main innovative aspects of the project are:1) Development and validation of new mini-hydraulic components compatible with environmentally friendly oils with enhanced hydraulic and acoustic properties;2) Application of new materials in the design and production of new mini-hydraulic components with enhanced ecological (plumb free) features, easily recyclable, high performance and strength;3) Optimal assembly of mini-hydraulic components into prototype systems of small size, and;4) Validation of the new mini-hydraulic products on two specific applications:a) automatic opening, locking and safety systems for doors;b) automatic lifting tables and elevators, for use in industry, hospitals and houses.
