Innovative Process in Mikro und Nano Embossing and in Mikro und Nano Punching

Todays existing processes in micro and nano structuring of surfaces are complex and costly in realisation and investment, e.g. ultra precision milling machines

BPE has developed this process to realise on many materials and coatings low cost surface structures

This process is able to stamp holes into thin foils as well as produce small flat micro parts

Nearly all materials ( polymer, ceramic, metal, composites, diamond, thin coatings ) and all different shaped bodies could be structured with this process

An International Patent application ( PCT/DE2011/075120) is filed
