TRUST Policy Briefs

The series of TRUST policy briefs provide snapshots of current thinking around urban water services (key challenges and potential interventions) across a range of European contexts.

The topics include collaboration, customer engagement, desalination, supporting research and innovation, tariff reform, understanding responses to innovation and wastewater re-use. The policy briefs are based on the outcomes of a series of TRUST workshops which took place in several different European cities during 2012.
