Nanomedicine Award 2017: deadline for applications extended till 1st October 2017!

The European Technology Platform for Nanomedicine (ETPN) and the EU-funded project ENATRANS, announce the launching of the 3rd edition of the Nanomedicine Award, which aim to promote and reward two excellent innovative nanomedicine-based solutions that could bring significant benefits to patients, answering thereby unmet medical needs. The winners in 2 categories will be announced and rewarded during the BIO-Europe conference in Berlin in November 2017. Apply Now!

The Nanomedicine Award has been created to honor the best Nanomedicine innovations worldwide and give them an international springboard to increase their visibility. In order to cover different stages of development and highlight excellence in research and in translation of nanomedicine, candidates can submit their applications in 2 categories: - Most Promising Nanomedicine Project - Best Nanomedicine Product / Deal Open to companies as well as to academic and private researchers across the globe, candidates should: - present totally new approaches based on Nanomedicine for the diagnosis and/or therapy of human diseases - describe explicit and defined potential market. Applications will be assessed by a panel of highly-qualified nanomedicine, pharma, medtech and investment specialists. The Award ceremony will take place during BIO-Europe 2017 in Berlin (Germany), on 7 November 2017. Both winners will benefit from a full registration to BIO-Europe 2017 including the participation in the partnering event and a public presentation of the awarded projects. In addition, they will be granted an individual session with the experts of the Translation Advisory Board (TAB, www.nanomedtab.eu) a presentation slot during the ETPN Annual Event 2018 as well as a 1-year free membership to the ETPN (www.etp‐nanomedicine.eu). The Award is supported by the EBD Group, the leading partnering firm for the global life science industry, and Nanobiotix, a late clinical-stage nanomedicine company pioneering novel approaches for the treatment of cancer.
