State aid: Netherlands
Authorization for RTD-related State aid is published with regard to the Netherlands for: Change in aid measure and parafiscal levy. The objective of the aid is to promote pragmatic solutions to environmental problems (budget ECU 4.5 million; intensity 20-45% of the investment costs; duration indefinite). In reaching the decision to authorize this aid financed by the Dutch National Government, the Commission has taken into account that research findings are disseminated widely to professionals in the sector.
