Cooperation agreements - BCR and SPES programmes
The Council has established common positions on the following proposals: - Three proposals for Decisions on cooperation agreements between the EEC and Finland, Sweden and Switzerland respectively concerning R&D in the field of applied metrology and chemical analysis (BCR programme); - Five proposals for Decisions on cooperation agreements between the EEC and Austria, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland respectively on a European Stimulation Plan for Economic Science (SPES).
