Open Network Provision: Publication of Member States' information
Directive 92/44/EEC on Open Network Provision (ONP) requires that the Commission publishes regularly a reference to the way Member States make available the information required of them under the Directive. Hence, a list of the organizations responsible for publication of this information in the Member States, plus the titles of the published documents, is available in the Official Journal of the European Communities. Pursuant to the Directive, Member States have to ensure the publication, in an appropriate manner, of information on: Technical characteristics; tariffs; supply conditions; licensing requirements; and conditions for the connection of terminal equipment.
