FP6 model contract available online
The Research DG of the European Commission has published online the approved model core contract for the new instruments of the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6). The standard contracts formalise the relationship between the European Commission and project consortia with regards to initiatives financed under FP6. The core contract covers issues such as the scope of the project, the make up of the consortium, timeframes, reporting methods, and financial agreements. Annexes relate to general conditions, and the specifics of the new instruments: integrated projects and networks of excellence.
