Common positions established by the Council
Under the cooperation procedure provided for by Article 149 (2) of the Treaty establishing the EEC, the Council has established common positions on proposals regarding: A Council Decision adopting a specific RTD programme in the field of the environment (10897/1/90 + ADD 1, adopted on 21 January 1991); a Council Decision adopting a specific RTD programme in the field of the life sciences and technologies for developing countries (4062/1/91 + ADD 1, adopted 21 January 1991).
