Vacancies for President and Vice-President of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market
The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (trade marks and designs) has published notices of vacancy for the posts of President and Vice-President. The purpose of the Office, a Community body which is independent in technical matters and has legal, administrative and financial autonomy, is to register and administer a new intellectual property right, the Community trade mark. The new trade mark affords uniform protection with general effect throughout the European Union. The Office is located in Alicante, Spain. The President and Vice-President will be employed on a temporary five-year contract pursuant to the Conditions of Employment of other servants of the European Communities.
