Fuel quality, technology and engine emissions
The European Commission has published an invitation to tender for the provision of technical advice on fuel quality, engine technology and emissions. The objective of the tender is to assess the Commission's programmes on engines, fuel emissions and other related areas. The project is due to commence in October 1994 and will last for six months. The contract for the project will be awarded on the basis of cost, technical experience in the specified areas particularly with regard to the connection between fuel quality, engine technology and emissions.
