Handynet to continue
The Council of the European Communities has decided that the Handynet computerized information and documentation systems will continue under the framework of the activities of the HELIOS II programme from 1 January 1995 to 31 December 1996. The Handynet systems technical aids module promotes transparency with regard to the technical and economic aspects of the rehabilitation technologies market by identifying the benefits for disabled people which can assist their integration into daily life.
