TEMPUS/PHARE guide for joint European project applications
In the framework of the PHARE programme, the European Commission's Task Force for Human Resources, Education, Training and Youth (TFHR) has published a "Guide for applicants" for the TEMPUS programme. TEMPUS is a trans-European cooperation scheme for higher education between the European Community and the new independent States of the former Soviet Union. The guide is intended for those who wish to make an application for support under the TEMPUS/PHARE scheme for joint European project (JEP) activities taking place during the 1995/1996 academic year. The guide includes the following: - General introduction; - Guidelines for JEPs; - TEMPUS/PHARE application form for a structural JEP; - TEMPUS/PHARE application form for a mobility JEP; - Guidelines for individual mobility grants; - TEMPUS/PHARE application form for an individual mobility grant; - Guidelines for complementary measures grants; - TEMPUS/PHARE application form for a complementary measures project; - TEMPUS priorities for 1995/1996.
