Cooperation agreement between the EEC and Iceland (SCIENCE)
By a Decision of 20 February 1991, the European Parliament approved the common position established by the Council with a view to adopting the Commission's proposal for the conclusion of a cooperation agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Iceland on a programme plan to stimulate the international cooperation and interchange needed by European research scientists (SCIENCE). The Decision was forwarded by Parliament to the Council and to the Commission.
