Key results of R&D DELTA projects
A publication on the Community's DELTA programme has been produced by the Tribune Consortium. Entitled "Delta in perspective", it presents the key results of 30 R&D projects over the period 1992-1994. The DELTA programme, run by DG XIII of the European Commission, is concerned with telematic systems in the field of flexible and distance learning. The publication will be available at the DELTA conference on "Telematics for education and training", which will take place on 24-26 November 1994 in Dusseldorf, Germany.
