International scientific cooperation with China
The European Commission, DG XII, has published a consolidated report of activities for 1985-1992 in the context of international scientific cooperation with China. The report covers the activities funded under the EC/China International Scientific Cooperation programme. It presents 25 joint research projects, 100 post-doctoral fellowships, and six workshops carried out in the framework of scientific cooperation in the following fields: - Agricultural sciences; - Biological sciences; - Chemical sciences; - Environmental sciences; - Health and biomedical sciences; - Materials sciences; - Physical, mathematical and engineering sciences. The activities of the China/EC Biotechnology Centre are also presented, along with an index of the scientists involved in the projects and an index of the relevant scientific institutions.
