Amendment of Council Regulation establishing a European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP)
The European Council has published Regulation EC No 251/95 amending the Regulation establishing a European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP). The amendment concerns Article 13 of the original Regulation (EEC No 337/75) and states that staff of the Centre will be subject to the same regulations and rules as other employees of the European Communities. The Regulation also requires the management board to adopt the appropriate implementing rules.
