The European Commission, DG IA, has published an invitation to tender for a Procurement Unit for its offices dealing with the TACIS programme for technical assistance to the independent States of the former Soviet Union and Mongolia (1993-1995).

The aim of the tender is to set up a Procurement Unit in Brussels located near the DG IA-TACIS offices to assist with a range of contractual tasks concerned with the procurement of services (assistance with preparation of tender dossiers and organization of restricted tenders, organization of tender evaluation, preparation of contracts and addenda to contracts, etc.).
