Amended proposal on Community guidelines for the development of the trans-European transport network
The European Commission has published an amended proposal for a European Parliament and Council Decision on the Community guidelines for the development of the trans-European transport network. The amended proposal contains a list of projects of common interest to be integrated as a new Annex III to the proposal (COM(94) 106) on guidelines for the development of a trans-European transport network. The list contains the following: - Priority projects (ECU 91 billion total investment - ECU 40 billion for 1995-1999); - Further projects of importance (ECU 49 billion total investment - ECU 23 billion for 1995-1999); - European-wide projects (approx. ECU 50 billion until 1999); - Projects connecting third countries.
