Trans-European networks proposal amended
The European Commission has published an amended proposal for a Council Regulation laying down the general rules for the granting procedure of Community financial aid in the field of trans-European networks. The amended proposal contains a number of minor alterations to the original document, in particular regarding Article 15 on financial control in respect of the on-the-spot checks which can be carried out by the Commission without notice or by the Member State concerned.
