Contract award notice: Information industry and market and language processing
The European Commission, DG XIII, has published a contract award notice concerning its invitation to tender for the supply of technical support services for Community activities in the area of the information industry and market and language processing (OJ No C 50 of 1.3.1995 p. 13). A total of five tenders were received in response to this call. The contract was awarded, on 6 December 1995, to: - Coopers & Lybrand 16 rue Eugene Ruppert L-2453 Luxembourg (Lot 1 - Information engineering, Lot 2 - Libraries and Lot 4- Information content industries and markets) - Cray Systems Ltd. 127 Fleet Road Fleet GU13 8PD United Kingdom (Lot 3 - Language engineering) The value of the contracts awarded was ECU 18,786,000 over four years for Coopers & Lybrand and ECU 4,232,000 over four years for Cray Systems Ltd.
