Environmental impact of local development projects
The European Commission, DG XI, has published an invitation to tender for the completion of a study on the evaluation and consideration, in the planning procedures of local development projects, of issues concerning transport and the environmental effects of these projects. This will include the drafting of documentation on the current requirements and methods, definition of the guidelines regarding the best practices and description of possible plans for lessening these effects.
