Model contract for RTD cost reimbursement
The European Commission, DG XIII, has recently published a model contract for cost reimbursement, to be used between the European Communities and contractors for projects within the framework of Community RTD Programmes. The model contract includes provisions on the scope and duration of projects; on the financial contribution of the Commission, and its timing; on the reports and statements to be provided by the contractors; and establishing the jurisdiction governing the contract. Special conditions relating to individual programmes, or projects will be covered in annexes to contracts. The model contract is currently available in English only, but other language versions will be published shortly.
