The Council of the European Communities has established common positions on the following RTD-related Commission proposals: - Proposal for Council Directive on the application of Open Network Provision (ONP) to leased lines (COM(91) 30 of 14.2.1991) proposal serial number 9426/91; - Proposal for a Council Decision on the introduction of harmonization of the international telephone access code in the Community (COM(91) 165 of 23.5.1991) proposal serial number 10298/91; - Proposal for a Council Directive on the adoption of standards for satellite broadcasting of television signals (COM(91) 242 of 9.7.1991) proposal serial number 4160/92.
