Trans-European telematic services for IDA programme
The European Commission, DG III, has published an invitation to tender for trans-European telematic services for the European institutions and the Member State administrations involved in the Interchange of Data between Administrations (IDA) programme. The services to be provided include managed transmission and network services (for example, leased lines, X.25 IP, frame relay, etc.) as well as application services (for example, messaging, directory, etc.).
