"Why reinvent the wheel?" - second edition of RTD guide for Dutch businesses
A revised second edition of "Waarom het wiel opnieuw uitvinden?" (Why reinvent the wheel?) has recently been published by DG XIII of the European Commission. The guide is designed to help Dutch businesses find information on technological know-how and technology transfer. The guide, which is one of a series published for each Member State, contains a wealth of contacts and information sources, both in the Netherlands and in the European Union. The following specific areas are covered: - Research policy in The Netherlands and in the European Union, including Eureka; - Information on existing knowledge; - Contractual research; - Financing for R&D; - Intellectual property.
