Authorizations for State aid
Authorizations for State aid (cases where the Commission raises no objections) are granted, inter alia to: - Germany (Sachsen-Anhalt): The provision of state guarantees intended to stimulate investment in social, cultural and scientific institutions; - Germany (Berlin): A scheme to encourage ecologically sound industrial production processes and products via aid for pilot projects, innovative investment, and consultancy and marketing measures (budget ECU 3.34 million); - Denmark: An environment technology scheme offering grants to promote the application of environmental technology among small and medium-sized firms (budget ECU 16.6 million).
