The Office for Official Publications of the European Communities (Eur-OP) has published a directory of all on-line and off-line electronic information services offered by the EU to the public.

The EU Database Directory contains details of all the electronic information services managed by Community institutions. Examples are:

- CELEX, the directory of Community legislation;
- EURODICAUTOM, a multilingual terminology resource;
- CORDIS, the Community R&D Information Service;
- RAPID, Commission press information;
- OVIDE, the European Parliament's information service;
- TED, the Community's tenders information service.

Other services include specialized information for sectors such as energy, telecommunications, agriculture, the Single Market and ECU conversion rates. Many of the on-line services included are available on the World Wide Web, while the off-line resources are available on CD-ROM.
