Impact of information and communication technology on role of learners
The European Commission, DG XXII, has published an invitation to tender concerning a study on the impact of information and communication technology on the role of learners. The aim of the study is to identify current experiments, research and studies which have investigated this issue at Community and extra-Community level, and create an analytical guide from the results. The study is to be carried out within the framework of the follow-up to the White Paper on "Teaching and Learning - Towards the learning society". The study should be completed within ten months.
