'Mars Express and Beagle 2 - Countdown to Mars' taking place at the Royal Society, 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London on 19th May 2003,12:30 to 15:30, including lunch<br>Your chance to see the starting of the Countdown Clock to the launch of Mars Express and Beagle 2.

The British National Space Centre (BNSC) and the European Space Agency (ESA) would like to invite you to Countdown to Mars, the last comprehensive briefing for media in the UK before the launch of Mars Express and Beagle 2.
The event will include the starting of a special countdown clock to launch day and an opportunity to interview the UKs Science Minister Lord Sainsbury, Professor Colin Pillinger and VIPs from the European Space Agency.
Speakers include:
