I3P Turin Incubator wins Best Science Based Incubator Award 2004
Through an international benchmarking exercise organized by Science Alliance and the Centre for Strategy and Evaluation Services (CSES), combined with the judgment of an international expert jury, I3P Scpa Incubator won the Award during the Third Annual Conference on Best Practices in Science Based Incubators which took place in the City of Oxford, United Kingdom, last 9 & 10 December. The international jury*, representing the world's finest expertise on Science Based Incubators, praised the incubator from the Technical University in Turin for its overall approach towards the incubation processes and the large effort in regional networking. An international audience of over 125 conference participants witnessed the handing over of the Award to Mr Sarti, the representative of the I3P Incubator. The yearly organized Best Science Based Incubator Award is organized by Science Alliance, in cooperation with the Centre for Strategy and Evaluation Services (CSES) and various international networks such as Gate2Growth Incubator Forum, National Business Incubation Association (NBIA), UK Business Incubation and the Technopolicy Network. More than 25 Incubators from many countries all around the world participated in the competition for the Award.
