FP6: Contracts and relations among partners

Consortia that have succeeded in the evaluation must start a negotiation with EC in order to arrange the details of contracts and among partners themselves in the consortium agreement for fixing the internal rules. In FP6 the partners will have a high degree of flexibility that implies responsibility. The objective of the seminar is to explain in detail the main issues concerning the rules for participation, the subjects that partners are free to agree such as management, implementation and financial distribution, the exploitation of results.
