Brokerage Event in Food Technologies FOOD-TECH 2003 + Info Day on Food Quality and Safety in FP6

FOOD-TECH 2003 is dedicated to innovative entrepreneurs willing to develop their activity in the food industry area and gives an opportunity to present new technologies and to meet the right people to make business with. FOOD-TECH 2003 will concern prearranged individual meetings of small and medium enterprises' representatives from the food industry sector and research organisations based on new technologies.
FOOD-TECH 2003 will start with a short seminar Fresh view over the food industry (10.00 12.00). Then all the participants will have a possibility to present their companies (15 min. presentations). Between 12.00 and 17.00 the individual meetings will take place as well.
Main detailed sectors of food industry related with the event: ,1. Food processing (fruits, vegetables, dairy, beverages, grain, eggs, mushrooms, etc) ,2. Additives (nutraceutics, functional added substances, emulsifiers, stabilizers, sweeteners, flavours, GM additives, etc.) ,3. Packaging, storage and control (forming, batching, packaging, quality control, ventilation, air-conditioning, heating, refrigerating, etc. and equipment)
FOOD-TECH will be organised in parallel within International POLAGRA-FOOD Fair (16-19.09.2003 - http://www.polagra-food.pl/en(si apre in una nuova finestra)) and TAROPAK International Packaging Technology and Logistics Exhibition (16-19.09.2003 - http://www.taropak.pl/en(si apre in una nuova finestra)) at Poznan International Fair ground.
Registration deadline is September 3, 2003. ,Full participation in FOOD-TECH is free of charge
