This workshop aims to equip participants with a knowledge and understanding of the particular demands placed on project management by EC research projects.
The workshop is aimed at both project managers and contract support managers, and will be of interest to any other participant in FP6 who needs a grasp of the challenges involved. The workshop will emphasise practical management techniques and not just formal administrative requirements.
