"EBN - IASP Nantes 2005" congress

The first EBN and IASP joint congress is designed as a genuine partnership event between the two networks: joining forces, sharing visions and best practices, exploring common opportunities and stimulating co-operation between network members.

The main topic of the congress, taking place in Nantes, France, 18-21 May, 2005 is "Networking and Clustering, a dynamics to accelerate innovation and entrepreneurship in Europe".
Cluster policy is embedded in most European Union business and innovation support programmes in a wide variety of policies, programmes, methods and results.
Business and Innovation Centres, Technopoles, Science and Technology Parks, Incubators, are intensively active in designing, stimulating and managing clusters at local and regional levels, or cross-border and at trans-national level.
This event will represent an exceptional opportunity to review how the members of the two networks currently deliver services of excellence to clusters and policy makers, and how they are looking forward to optimising their commitment and efficiency in this field.
